1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The Artisan Branding Co. is a trading name of KW Design -  www.theartisanbrandingco.
Our registered office and trading address is - KW Design Studio, Red Rose Cottage, 12 Station Rd, Wolferton, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE31 6HA.
By purchasing products and/or services from us, you are consenting to our terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. 2. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY DISCLAIMER
The Artisan Branding Co. cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

3. HOURS OF OPERATION
Studio working hours are: Monday - Friday  9a.m. - 5p.m. We close for all UK Bank Holidays.
Fees are based upon work performed during the course of the above working hours. Overtime, rush, holiday and weekend work necessitated by Client’s directive is billed in addition at a markup of 50% of the project fee.

4. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you work with us and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that The Artisan Branding Co. may store and use the information you provide for use in marketing purposes, maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

5. THE DESIGN SMALL PRINT 
Additional paid stock images - if required @ £25.00 each
Font licence fees (variable on typeface & license).

Our Process
When working with The Artisan Branding Co. we ask that You respect our working process. Our process is in place to ensure that work runs smoothly, to a high standard and to agreed schedules. Clients directing or micro managing will result in cancellation of all work with no refund given. If client brings in another service provider then notice must be given in writing and project scope and fees may change.Upon project commencement we ask for one person to act as project lead to communicate all feedback. Timely feedback from the client (within 36 Hours) is essential to enable The Artisan Branding Co. to work to agreed schedules.

Final Artwork Files (if applicable) 
Files will be provided to client in agreed digital format(s). Changes following artwork signoff will be charged in addition and a Work Change Order (WCO) will be raised. Final files must be stored safely by the client upon project completion. Files are archived at The Artisan Branding Co. and retrieval of these will incur a £45 admin fee. 

Authorship Credit
The Artisan Branding Co. shall be accorded a credit line on all published editorial design as follows: The Artisan Branding Co. 2024

Copyright
Copyright is assigned upon receipt of final payment, and upon Client’s compliance with the terms of this agreement. Designer retains rights to any preliminary concepts or materials as well as any original art or photography created by The Artisan Branding Co. Upon project cancellation all rights to artwork revert to The Artisan Branding Co. and all work must be returned, including sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials.

Design Revisions
The Artisan Branding Co. shall be given the first opportunity to make any revisions requested by the Client. If revisions are a result of Designer error, no additional fee will be charged. The Artisan Branding Co. reserves the right to remove name from designs if any revisions are carried out by another party.

Artwork
Where applicable, artwork files provided by the client should be in vector format (illustrator, indesign or vector based pdf). A redraw fee will apply for any low resolution files that need to be digitally redrawn.

Purchasing
All purchases made on client’s behalf will be billed to client upfront. In all cases, such prices will reflect a mark-up of 20%. Charges for VAT, insurance, storage, and shipping and handling are additional. In the event client purchases materials, services, or any items other than those specified by the designer, the designer is not liable for the cost, quality, workmanship, condition, or appearance of such items.

Permissions and Releases
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Designer harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, due to materials included in the Design at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested, or for which uses exceed the uses allowed pursuant to a permission or release.

Additional Work 
A work change order (WCO) will be issued for any additional work and changes requested that fall outside of the Statement of Work. WCO’s include a description of the change /addition requested, estimated additional costs, and changes to work schedules /project completion. Client’s written confirmation is required on WCO’s to proceed with changes /additions. Client will be invoiced separately for any additional work with payment due on receipt of invoice.

6. PRODUCT / SERVICES INFORMATION
The Artisan Branding Co. recommends you contact us to book your project at your earliest convenience as dates are offered upon receipt of deposit payment. Work can be carried out remotely from our studio (skype, phone, email) or in person /on site (please note that site visits and travel expenses will apply when travelling to clients requested locations).

7. PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit payment is required for all design work to secure bookings & studio time. Payments can be completed via BACS. The remaining 50% is payable in two instalments of 25% during the project and upon project signoff before final files are transferred. Additional work will be invoiced separately with payment due on receipt of invoice. Any purchasing costs from third party suppliers will be required upfront before an order can be placed. A one and a half (1.5%) monthly service charge will be billed against late invoice payments. Work in progress which is postponed but not cancelled will be invoiced for a percentage of the project fee for work completed.

8. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All customers have the right to cancel a project. Please note You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. If in the event that work already in progress is cancelled then hours worked / work completed up until the cancellation date will still be charged for at the full project fee. This includes any purchases made on behalf or requested by the client. You must notify The Artisan Branding Co. immediately in writing if you wish to cancel your contract with us.

9. NOTICES
All notices must be sent to hello@theartisanbranding.co. or our trading address KW Design, Red Rose Cottage, 12 Station Rd, Wolferton, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE31 6HA.

10. CONCLUSION
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of services or goods and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
